Delete your account

Moat works without an account. Did you create one? You can delete it yourself at any time.

In the app (immediate)

Settings, Account, Delete account, then confirm. Your account is erased right away, and with it your profile, leaderboard spot, sessions, synced blocks and friendships. The blocks on the device itself stay until you remove the app.

Without the app

Email info@hellosovereign.com from the email address of your Apple or Google account, with the subject "Delete account". We delete your account within 30 days and let you know when it's done.

What remains

Nothing that can be traced back to you in the app or on the leaderboard. Backups of the database may still contain your account until they are replaced automatically; we only use them to restore the service after a failure. Anonymous statistics were never linked to your account. Purchases stay with Apple or Google: cancel a running subscription in your App Store or Google Play account.

Account verwijderen

Moat werkt zonder account. Heb je er toch een gemaakt? Dan verwijder je het altijd zelf.

In de app (direct)

Instellingen, Account, Account verwijderen, en bevestig. Je account wordt meteen gewist, en daarmee je profiel, plek op de ranglijst, sessies, gesynchroniseerde blokkades en vriendschappen. Je blokkades op het toestel zelf blijven staan; die verdwijnen als je de app verwijdert.

Zonder de app

Mail info@hellosovereign.com vanaf het e-mailadres van je Apple- of Google-account, met als onderwerp "Account verwijderen". We verwijderen je account binnen 30 dagen en laten je weten wanneer het gebeurd is.

Wat er blijft

Niets dat in de app of op de ranglijst naar jou te herleiden is. Back-ups van de database kunnen je account nog bevatten tot ze automatisch worden vervangen; we gebruiken ze alleen om de dienst na een storing te herstellen. Anonieme statistiek was nooit aan je account gekoppeld. Aankopen blijven bij Apple of Google: zeg een lopend abonnement op in je App Store- of Google Play-account.
